Town Hall Meeting: HIV Strategy in Central Texas

Photo of AIDS/HIV Red RibbonThe Austin/Travis County Health and Human Services Department, the Austin Area Comprehensive HIV Planning Council, and a steering committee of HIV/AIDS professionals would like public input on proposed plans for future HIV/AIDS services and funding.

The health department funds and provides a range of prevention, medical and support services for individuals living with HIV/AIDS or at-risk of becoming infected. In 2010, over 2,800 individuals in the Central Texas area were served. Please join us for a town hall meeting to hear about proposed service priorities and to offer feedback on how HIV funding should be spent.
