Reservable Facilities
Four (4) unique building facilities may be reserved for meetings, events, weddings or social functions. Ranging from ranch houses to club houses, each facility has unique characteristics which will provide the perfect foundation for your next event.

In addition, there are 2 comfortable patios overlook a swimming pool and large grass area bounded by a ranch-style fence off the back patios. The house overlooks the banks of Lake Austin.

This property is located in the Central district. Fiesta Gardens features a large open-plan room of approximately 4000 square feet, with a generous outdoor patio, fountain, and accommodating bandstand all overlooking the quiet lagoon of Lady Bird Lake.

This property is located in the Northwest district. Historic Mayfield Cottage and Gardens (1870's) is home to colorful gardens, towering palm trees, brilliant showy peacocks, and ponds which are home to delicate water lilies. Soft exterior lighting, as though moonlight is peeking through the trees, creates a suitable setting for evening events. This park may be rented for small/medium size events such as weddings and other social gatherings, business conferences, workshops and retreats. It is not recommended for theater events, large concerts, or events that require temporary installation of hardware and structures within the gardens and cottage. The grounds and adjoining nature preserve are a public park and remain open to the public during reservation hours.

This facility is located west of This property is located in the Central district. This remarkable stone clubhouse, rock patio and spacious concrete terrace is located west of Zilker Park in the rolling hills overlooking downtown Austin. The stunning panoramic view provides a priceless backdrop for small events. The clubhouse does not have central air conditioning, but the view amply cools users down on the those warm Austin nights.
