Single-Family Development Regulations: Task Force
The Residential Development Regulation Task Force met from April - December 2007 to evaluate the implementation of Chapter 25-2, Subchapter F, the new Residential Design & Compatibility Standards (the "McMansion Ordinance").
several issues brought forward by various parties impacted by the new regulations. On February 28, 2008, the Task Force presented the City Council with its recommendations. .
The Task Force was comprised of 10 members . The Council directed them to develop permanent regulations for certain residential uses and to evaluate the implementation of the new regulations.
